1. Organize and manage the sales floor, ensuring merchandising aligns with defined standards and products are attractively displayed.
2. Prepare and stock products while adhering to security protocols to prevent losses.
3. Engage in commercial activities and events, maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
4. Convey brand values through storytelling and offer personalized solutions based on customer profiles.
5. Welcome, inform, and assist customers throughout their shopping journey with an emotionally intelligent and commercial approach.
6. Facilitate sales closure, handle transactions, and manage post-purchase customer relations, including complaints.
7. Monitor commercial performance indicators and understand store results.
8. Participate in competitive analysis and support team integration, including new member onboarding.
9. Oversee team activities and support Personal Stylists in sales and customer relations.
10. Contribute to stock management, including inventory execution and stock monitoring.
11. Prepare products for sale, ensuring compliance and security measures are in place.
12. Manage the logistics and storage of goods in designated areas.

Fixed monthly salary of €2100 gross, with potential variable incentives based on sales performance.
