- Serve as the primary point of contact for payment systems within the business units, ensuring optimal performance and evolution of in-store, mobile, and e-commerce payment solutions.
- Collaborate with the Payment and Cash Management Domain Manager to analyze business needs and implement tailored solutions, including the design and integration of new payment methods and compliance with regulatory changes.
- Oversee the deployment of payment solutions, ensuring their design, testing, and implementation, while providing effective second-level support.
- Maintain constant communication with stores, e-commerce teams, and financial services to analyze and resolve incidents, managing interactions with partners such as PSPs, banks, and payment software providers.
- Test and validate new packages delivered by partners to ensure a seamless and secure payment experience for customers.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a challenging and dynamic environment.
- Proven strategic mindset with the ability to identify market trends and long-term challenges, creating sustainable value for the business.
- Agility and autonomy in work processes.
- Strong knowledge of the payment systems landscape.
- Ability to adapt approach and behavior to various situations.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build trustful relationships and provide personalized solutions.
A minimum of 5 years in a similar role within a dynamic and challenging environment is required.
Fixed annual gross salary between €55,000 and €65,000, paid over 13 months.
