1. Ensure the safety of individuals and assets by identifying and addressing infractions to internal regulations and administrative rules.
2. Participate in control operations and supervise or accompany value transfers.
3. Report any malicious acts to the hierarchy and contribute to securing the environment.
4. Manage access security by overseeing the entry and exit of individuals and goods, ensuring compliance with related procedures.
5. Supervise access filtering and intervene when necessary.
6. Ensure the proper functioning of security tools and conduct purchase checks within legal frameworks.
7. Manage alarm systems, ensuring they function correctly and protected areas remain secure.
8. Oversee the management, issuance, and retrieval of keys and badges.
9. Ensure team actions comply with current regulations and promote skill development.
10. Plan, control, and coordinate team activities, set objectives, and evaluate performance.
11. Manage service orders, ensuring compliance with schedules and regulations, and oversee service delivery quality.
12. Request invoicing, ensuring alignment between service requests and delivery.

1. Proven experience in security management within a retail or similar environment.
2. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a security management role, preferably within the retail sector.

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Annual salary of €30,000, with additional benefits such as a 13th-month bonus and performance-related incentives.
