1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all security managers across Galeries Lafayette stores.
2. Guide and support store security managers in implementing security measures, from risk assessment to solution deployment.
3. Organize and lead regular meetings with store teams to discuss performance, results, and upcoming events impacting stores.
4. Communicate centrally defined processes to store security managers.
5. Collaborate closely with store teams to evaluate the effectiveness of security actions and contribute to defining security system needs.
6. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations across all stores.

1. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a security management role.
2. Ability to engage and motivate teams to achieve company objectives.
3. Adaptability to various situations and ability to adjust approaches accordingly.
4. Client-oriented mindset with the ability to identify market trends and long-term challenges.

A minimum of 1-2 years in a security management position, with a willingness to travel weekly across France.

Fixed annual gross salary between €55,000 and €60,000, paid over 13 months.
