- Assist in the implementation and operational maintenance of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and major crisis management plan for logistics.
- Collaborate with various departments to organize and execute BCP procedures, including degraded mode recovery of vital activities.
- Update and improve BCP plans and associated documentation in coordination with the BCP manager.
- Create complex BCP scenario plans.
- Organize and execute operational BCP and crisis management exercises.
- Monitor action plans resulting from exercises to ensure continuous improvement of existing systems.
- Conduct awareness activities on business continuity.
- Support the animation of the existing crisis management system, ensuring operational maintenance and improvements.
- Develop presentation materials, dashboards, and reports, and update dedicated tools.
- Assist the Security/Safety Manager and Business Continuity Plan Manager in crisis cell management.
- Advanced education in global risk and crisis management.
- Significant project management experience in business continuity and strategic crisis management, preferably in logistics.
- Strong analytical skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Client-oriented with advisory and support capabilities.
- Strategic mindset with adaptability to constrained timelines and frequent priority changes.
- Excellent teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Dynamic, rigorous, with excellent organizational and synthesis abilities.
Experience in project management related to business continuity and crisis management, ideally within the logistics sector.
Higher education in global risk and crisis management.
