1. Ensure customer satisfaction and team management within the designated area.
2. Lead and develop the sales team with operational presence on the field.
3. Increase sales revenue by setting and communicating budgetary goals for the team.
4. Manage and influence brand representatives within the area.
5. Share customer passion with the team to satisfy and retain clients.

1. Fluency in English and Mandarin.
2. Previous managerial experience.

A first managerial experience is required.

Fixed salary over 13 months, ranging from 34-35K based on full-time employment. Stimulating variable compensation up to 605€ gross per month.
