1. Lead and develop the sales team through daily operational presence and guidance.

Fixed annual salary between €35,000 and €40,000, with potential variable compensation up to €7,000 annually.

Includes a 13-month salary, profit-sharing, vacation bonus, transport subsidy, employee discounts, and two days per year for volunteer work.
