Previous experience in a sales management role within the retail sector, preferably in a luxury or lifestyle brand.

Fixed annual salary between 35,000 and 40,000 euros gross, plus a variable component up to 7,000 euros gross annually.

Benefits include a 13-month salary, profit-sharing bonuses, a vacation bonus, 80% public transport reimbursement, employee discounts, and two days per year for volunteer work.
