Galeries Lafayette Sales Consultant
The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French leader in the distribution of horology and jewelry through its esteemed brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg, operating multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these locations. With 70 branded retail points across France and an e-commerce platform, Louis Pion offers an extensive selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, alongside its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its network of 12 boutiques and online store, offering bespoke jewelry creation services. The division also manages monobrand boutiques for Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports, catering to watch and jewelry enthusiasts.
- Provide personalized customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Engage in bespoke sales by listening to, guiding, and advising clients.
- Showcase and highlight the excellence of premium products.
- Utilize digital tools for privileged clienteling and customer engagement.
- Expand client portfolio and propose targeted CRM actions.
- Contribute to the daily operations of the boutique.
- Manage after-sales service and follow-up.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in a similar role within the luxury service sector.
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
- Strong client orientation and ability to build trustful relationships.
- Action-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
- Adaptability and openness to new challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A minimum of two years in a similar position within the luxury service industry is required.
Fixed remuneration between €26,250 and €28,000 over 12.5 months, commensurate with experience and skills. Stimulating variable pay linked to boutique sales targets and individual performance.
