This division serves as the purchasing hub for the jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores, both integrated and affiliated, in France and Luxembourg. With 70 retail outlets across France and an e-commerce platform, Louis Pion offers an extensive selection of watches and, more recently, jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, while also distributing its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides privileged access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its network of 12 boutiques and online presence. The division also operates monobrand boutiques for renowned names such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès.

1. Welcome and assist clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
2. Advise clients and tailor arguments to meet their needs.
3. Handle transactions and process payments efficiently.
4. Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
5. Maintain store presentation and regularly update displays.
6. Possess thorough knowledge of store offerings and effectively present brands to clients.
7. Perform simple repairs on-site, such as resizing and bracelet changes.
8. Manage after-sales service and special order follow-ups.
9. Oversee deliveries and conduct inventory checks.
10. Showcase the jewelry selection with enthusiasm.

Fixed salary over 12.5 months with performance-based variable compensation.
