The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the leading French distributor in the horology and jewelry sectors through its esteemed brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores, both integrated and affiliated, in France and Luxembourg. Operating multibrand watch spaces in 40 of these stores, Louis Pion offers an extensive selection of over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, alongside its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands. The division also manages monobrand boutiques for Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports, aiming to captivate enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike.
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a superior customer experience.
- Advise clients and tailor arguments to meet their needs.
- Process transactions efficiently.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
- Maintain store presentation and regularly update displays.
- Familiarize with store offerings and present brands to customers.
- Perform simple repairs on-site, such as resizing and bracelet changes.
- Manage after-sales service and special orders.
- Oversee deliveries and conduct inventory checks.
- Highlight the jewelry selection with enthusiasm.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on building trust and providing personalized solutions.
- Action-oriented with a results-driven approach.
- Adaptability to new challenges and situations.
- Preferably holds a diploma in horology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Technical skills for simple watch repairs.
Experience in retail sales, particularly in the luxury sector, is preferred.
