The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group is the preeminent French distributor of timepieces and fine jewelry through its brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. Serving as the purchasing hub for the jewelry and watch sectors across 57 department stores in France and Luxembourg, the division also manages multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these stores. With 70 Louis Pion retail locations nationwide and an e-commerce platform, the brand offers an extensive selection of watches and, more recently, jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, alongside its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its network of 12 boutiques and online store. The division also operates mono-brand boutiques for renowned names such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports. The Watch and Jewelry Division aims to captivate the curious, enthusiasts, and aficionados of watches and jewelry.

1. Welcome and assist clients, ensuring a superior customer experience.
2. Advise clients and tailor recommendations to their needs.
3. Handle sales transactions efficiently.
4. Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
5. Maintain store presentation and regularly update displays.
6. Possess in-depth knowledge of store offerings and effectively present brands to customers.
7. Perform simple on-site repairs (e.g., resizing, bracelet changes).
8. Manage after-sales service and special orders.
9. Oversee delivery checks and conduct inventory audits.
10. Highlight and promote the jewelry selection.

Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within the luxury watch or jewelry sector, is desirable.

Diploma in horology preferred.

Fixed salary over 12.5 months with performance-based variable compensation.
