With 70 retail locations and an e-commerce platform, Louis Pion offers an extensive selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, while also featuring its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its network of boutiques and online presence. The division also manages monobrand boutiques for luxury names such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, and others, both in department stores and airports.
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a high-quality shopping experience.
- Advise clients and tailor recommendations to meet their needs.
- Handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
- Maintain store appearance and manage displays, ensuring regular stock replenishment.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of store offerings and present brands effectively to customers.
- Perform simple on-site repairs such as resizing and bracelet changes.
- Oversee after-sales service and special order management.
- Monitor deliveries and conduct inventory checks.
- Highlight and promote the jewelry selection with enthusiasm.
- Customer-oriented with a focus on building trust and providing personalized solutions.
- Action-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
- Adaptable and open to new challenges to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Preferably holds a diploma in horology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.

- Capability to perform basic watch repairs.
Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in the luxury or fashion sector, is preferred.

Fixed salary over 12.5 months with performance-based variable pay.
