- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a high-quality shopping experience.
- Advise clients with tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Handle transactions and manage the cash register.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and contribute to sales growth.
- Maintain store presentation and regularly update displays.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of store offerings and effectively present brands to customers.
- Perform simple on-site repairs, such as resizing and bracelet changes.
- Oversee after-sales service and special order processes.
- Manage deliveries and conduct inventory checks.
- Highlight and promote the jewelry selection.
- Customer-oriented with a strong ability to build trust and provide personalized solutions.
- Action-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
- Adaptable and open to new challenges.
- Preferably holds a diploma in horology.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and negotiation skills.

- Ability to perform basic watch repairs.
- Proficiency in inventory management.
Previous experience in a customer-facing sales role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
Preferably a diploma in horology.
Fixed annual salary paid over 12.5 months with performance-based variable compensation.
