Serving as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg, the division also manages multibrand watch spaces in 40 of these locations. Louis Pion, with 70 retail points across France and an e-commerce platform, offers a curated selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, alongside its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its 12 boutiques and online presence. The division also operates monobrand boutiques for Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports, aiming to captivate watch and jewelry enthusiasts.
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a superior client experience.
- Advise clients and tailor recommendations to their needs.
- Handle sales transactions efficiently.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
- Maintain store appearance and regularly update displays.
- Possess thorough knowledge of store offerings and effectively present brands to customers.
- Perform simple on-site repairs (e.g., resizing, bracelet changes).
- Manage after-sales service and special orders.
- Oversee deliveries and conduct inventory checks.
- Showcase the jewelry selection with enthusiasm.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong ability to build trust and provide personalized solutions.
- Action-oriented with a focus on achieving results.

- Preferably holds a diploma in horology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

- Ability to perform basic watch repairs.
Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in luxury goods, is preferred.

Fixed salary over 12.5 months with performance-based variable compensation.
