This division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. With 70 retail outlets and an e-commerce platform, Louis Pion offers an extensive selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, alongside its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through 12 boutiques and its online store. The division also operates monobrand boutiques for luxury names such as Cartier, Rolex, and Omega, aiming to captivate enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike.
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a superior client experience.
- Advise clients and tailor recommendations to their needs.
- Handle transactions and manage the cash register.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
- Maintain store presentation and regularly update displays.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of store offerings and effectively present brands to customers.
- Perform simple repairs on-site, such as resizing and bracelet changes.
- Manage after-sales service and special order follow-ups.
- Oversee delivery checks and conduct inventory audits.
- Highlight and promote the jewelry selection.
- Customer-oriented with the ability to build trust and provide personalized solutions.
- Action-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
- Adaptable and open to new challenges.
- Preferably holds a diploma in horology.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication and sales skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform basic repairs and manage after-sales services.
Previous experience in retail or a customer-facing role is preferred.
Diploma in horology preferred.
Fixed salary over 12.5 months with performance-based variable compensation.
