The Horlogerie Bijouterie Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as a preeminent leader in the French watch and jewelry retail sector, operating under esteemed brands such as Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg, managing multibrand watch spaces in 40 of these locations. Louis Pion, with its 70 retail outlets and e-commerce platform, offers an extensive selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, alongside its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its 12 boutiques and online presence. The division also operates monobrand boutiques for luxury names like Cartier, Rolex, Omega, and more, catering to both city and airport clientele.
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Advise clients and develop tailored arguments to meet their needs.
- Process transactions and manage cash registers.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
- Maintain store appearance and execute regular restocking and visual merchandising.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of store offerings and effectively present brands to customers.
- Perform simple repairs on-site, such as resizing and bracelet changes.
- Manage after-sales service and special orders, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Oversee deliveries and conduct inventory checks.
- Highlight and promote the jewelry selection with enthusiasm.
- Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Action-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
- Adaptability to various situations and openness to new challenges.
- Preferably holds a diploma in horology.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong sales and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in handling transactions and cash management.
- Ability to perform basic watch repairs and maintenance.
- Knowledge of jewelry and watch brands and trends.
Prior experience in retail sales, particularly in the luxury goods sector, is preferred.
Preferably a diploma in horology.
Fixed salary over 12.5 months with performance-based variable compensation.
