Galeries Lafayette Group's Watch and Jewelry Division is the preeminent French distributor of timepieces and jewelry, operating under renowned brands such as Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. As the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg, the division also manages multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these stores. Louis Pion, with 70 retail locations and an e-commerce platform, offers an extensive selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, including its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its 12 boutiques and online presence. The division also operates monobrand boutiques for Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès. The Watch and Jewelry Division aims to captivate enthusiasts and aficionados alike with its diverse offerings.
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a high-quality service experience.
- Advise clients and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
- Maintain store appearance and manage visual merchandising with regular restocking.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of store offerings and effectively present brands to clients.
- Handle simple repairs on-site, such as resizing and bracelet changes.
- Oversee after-sales service and special order management.
- Inspect deliveries and conduct inventory checks.
- Showcase jewelry selections with enthusiasm.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on building trust and providing personalized solutions.
- Action-oriented with a results-driven approach.
- Adaptability to various situations and openness to new challenges.
- Preferably holding a diploma in horology.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and customer service.
- Ability to manage inventory and perform basic repairs.
- Knowledge of jewelry and watch brands.
Previous experience in retail or customer service, particularly within the luxury sector, is preferred.

A fixed salary over 12.5 months with variable compensation based on sales performance.
