The division also manages monobrand boutiques such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès, ensuring a comprehensive luxury experience.
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a high-quality client experience.
- Provide personalized advice and develop tailored arguments to meet client needs.
- Handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
- Maintain store presentation and regularly update displays.
- Possess thorough knowledge of store offerings and effectively present brands to clients.
- Perform simple on-site repairs (sizing, bracelet changes).
- Manage after-sales service and special orders.
- Oversee deliveries and conduct inventory checks.
- Showcase the jewelry selection with enthusiasm.
- Customer-oriented with a strong ability to build trust and provide personalized solutions.
- Action-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
- Adaptable and open to new challenges.
- Preferably holds a diploma in horology.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and customer service.
- Ability to perform basic watch repairs.
- Inventory management skills.
Previous experience in a retail sales environment, preferably within the luxury watch and jewelry sector.
Preferably a diploma in horology.
Fixed salary over 12.5 months with performance-based variable compensation.
