1. Welcome and assist clients, ensuring a superior customer experience.
2. Advise clients and tailor arguments to meet their specific needs.
3. Process sales transactions efficiently.
4. Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
5. Maintain store presentation and regularly update displays.
6. Possess comprehensive knowledge of store offerings and present brands effectively to clients.
7. Perform simple on-site repairs (sizing, bracelet changes).
8. Manage after-sales service and special orders.
9. Oversee deliveries and conduct inventory checks.
10. Highlight jewelry selections with enthusiasm.

Fixed salary over 12.5 months with performance-based variable compensation.
