The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the French leader in the distribution of horology and jewelry through its renowned brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. Louis Pion, with its 70 retail locations and e-commerce platform, offers a wide selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, including its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to more than 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its 12 boutiques and online presence. The division also operates monobrand boutiques for luxury names such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès, both in department stores and airports.
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a high-quality client experience.
- Advise clients and tailor arguments to meet their needs.
- Handle transactions and process payments efficiently.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
- Maintain store presentation and regularly replenish displays.
- Possess thorough knowledge of the store's offerings and present brands to customers.
- Perform simple on-site repairs, such as resizing and bracelet changes.
- Manage after-sales service and special order follow-ups.
- Oversee delivery checks and conduct inventory counts.
- Highlight and promote the jewelry selection.
- Customer-oriented with a strong ability to build trust and provide personalized solutions.
- Action-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
- Adaptable and open to new challenges.
- Preferably holds a diploma in horology.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication and sales abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for visual merchandising.
- Basic repair and technical skills in watch and jewelry handling.
Previous experience in retail, particularly in the watch or jewelry sector, is advantageous.
Preferably a diploma in horology.
Fixed remuneration over 12.5 months with performance-based variable compensation.
