Galeries Lafayette Sales Associate
The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the French leader in the distribution of watches and jewelry through its brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the purchasing center for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. Louis Pion, with 70 retail locations across France and an e-commerce platform, offers a wide selection of watches and jewelry, distributing over 60 brands from accessible to premium, including its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its 12 boutiques and e-commerce site. The division also operates monobrand boutiques for renowned names such as Cartier, Rolex, and Omega, among others. The Watch and Jewelry Division aims to captivate the curiosity and passion of watch and jewelry enthusiasts.
- Welcome and assist clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Advise clients and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Handle sales transactions efficiently.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and contribute to sales growth.
- Maintain store presentation and regularly update displays.
- Possess thorough knowledge of the store's offerings and effectively present brands to clients.
- Perform simple repairs on-site, such as resizing and bracelet changes.
- Manage after-sales service and special orders.
- Oversee deliveries and conduct inventory checks.
- Highlight the selection of jewelry with enthusiasm.
- Customer-oriented with a strong ability to build trust and provide personalized solutions.
- Action-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
- Adaptable and open to new challenges.
- Preferably holds a diploma in watchmaking.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in retail sales, particularly in the luxury sector, is preferred.
Preferably a diploma in watchmaking.
Fixed salary over 12.5 months with variable performance-based compensation.
