As the purchasing hub for the jewelry and watch sectors, it serves 57 department stores across France and Luxembourg. Louis Pion, with its 70 retail outlets and e-commerce platform, offers an extensive selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, alongside its proprietary collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its 12 boutiques and online presence. The division also operates monobrand boutiques for luxury names such as Cartier, Rolex, and Omega, among others, in department stores and airports.
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a superior shopping experience.
- Advise clients with tailored recommendations to meet their needs.
- Handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
- Maintain store presentation and regularly update displays.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of store offerings and effectively present brands to customers.
- Perform simple on-site repairs, such as resizing and bracelet changes.
- Manage after-sales service and special orders.
- Oversee delivery checks and conduct inventory audits.
- Highlight and promote the jewelry selection.
- Customer-oriented with a strong ability to build trust and provide personalized solutions.
- Action-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
- Adaptable and open to new challenges.
- Preferably holds a diploma in horology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

- Ability to perform basic watch repairs.
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within the watch or jewelry sector, is advantageous.

Fixed remuneration over 12.5 months with performance-based variable pay.
