- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a premium shopping experience.
- Advise clients and tailor recommendations to meet their specific needs.
- Handle transactions and ensure accurate cash management.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
- Maintain store presentation and regularly update displays.
- Be knowledgeable about store offerings and effectively present brands to clients.
- Perform basic repairs on-site, such as resizing and bracelet changes.
- Manage after-sales service and special order follow-ups.
- Oversee delivery checks and conduct inventory counts.
- Highlight and promote selected jewelry pieces.
- Customer-oriented with a strong ability to build trust and provide personalized solutions.
- Action-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
- Adaptable and open to new challenges.
- Preferably holds a diploma in watchmaking.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales acumen and ability to drive revenue.

- Technical skills for basic watch and jewelry repairs.
Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in the luxury sector, is preferred.

Fixed salary over 12.5 months with performance-based variable compensation.
