The Horlogerie Bijouterie division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French leader in the distribution of watches and jewelry through its esteemed brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. Serving as the purchasing hub for the jewelry and watch sectors, this division operates across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. Louis Pion, with its 70 retail locations and e-commerce platform, offers an extensive selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, including its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its 12 boutiques and online presence. The division also manages monobrand boutiques such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, and others, aiming to captivate watch and jewelry enthusiasts.
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Advise clients and tailor recommendations to their needs.
- Handle sales transactions efficiently.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
- Maintain store presentation and regularly update displays.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of store offerings and effectively present brands to customers.
- Perform simple on-site repairs such as resizing and bracelet changes.
- Manage after-sales service and special orders.
- Oversee inventory control and conduct stock checks.
- Highlight and promote jewelry selections.
- Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Action-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
- Adaptable and open to new challenges.
- Preferably holds a diploma in horology.
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in handling transactions and inventory management.
- Knowledge of watch and jewelry brands.
Prior experience in retail sales, particularly in the watch or jewelry sector, is preferred.
Preferably a diploma in horology.
Fixed salary over 12.5 months with performance-based variable compensation.
