This division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. With 70 retail outlets nationwide and an e-commerce platform, Louis Pion offers an extensive selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, including its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands. The division also operates monobrand boutiques for Cartier, Rolex, Omega, and others, catering to both urban and airport clientele.
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Advise clients and develop tailored arguments to meet their needs.
- Process transactions and manage cash registers.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
- Maintain store presentation and execute regular restocking and visual merchandising.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of store offerings and effectively present brands to customers.
- Handle simple on-site repairs such as resizing and bracelet changes.
- Manage after-sales service and special order follow-ups.
- Oversee delivery checks and conduct inventory audits.
- Showcase the jewelry selection with enthusiasm.
- Customer-oriented with a focus on building trust and providing personalized solutions.
- Action-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
- Adaptable and open to new challenges.
- Preferably holds a diploma in horology.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales and negotiation expertise.
- Proficiency in handling transactions and cash management.
- Ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance on watches and jewelry.
- Inventory management skills.
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within the watch or jewelry sector, is advantageous.
Diploma in horology preferred.
