Operating multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these stores, Louis Pion offers an extensive selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, alongside its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its 12 boutiques and e-commerce platform. Additionally, the division manages mono-brand boutiques for Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports. The division's mission is to captivate the hearts of watch and jewelry enthusiasts, from the curious to the passionate, in urban settings.

1. Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a superior client experience.
2. Advise clients and tailor arguments to meet their needs.
3. Handle transactions and process payments.
4. Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
5. Maintain store presentation and regularly replenish displays.
6. Be knowledgeable about store offerings and present brands to customers.
7. Perform simple repairs on-site such as resizing and bracelet changes.
8. Manage after-sales service and special orders.
9. Oversee deliveries and conduct inventory checks.
10. Highlight the jewelry selection with enthusiasm.

Fixed salary over 12.5 months with performance-based variable compensation.
