Sales Associate

The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group is the leading French distributor of watches and jewelry through its brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. It serves as the purchasing center for jewelry and watch sectors for 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. Louis Pion offers a wide selection of watches and jewelry across 70 stores in France and online, while Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides access to prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its network of boutiques and e-commerce site. The division also operates monobrand boutiques for renowned brands like Cartier, Rolex, Omega, and more.

1. Welcome and assist customers
2. Advise customers and tailor arguments to their needs
3. Handle transactions
4. Promote the Louis Pion brand and increase sales
5. Maintain store appearance and manage displays with regular restocking
6. Understand and present store offerings and brands to customers
7. Perform simple repairs on-site (sizing, bracelet changes)
8. Manage after-sales service and special orders
9. Control deliveries and conduct inventories
10. Highlight jewelry selections
