This division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg, managing multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these locations. Louis Pion, with 70 retail outlets nationwide and an e-commerce platform, offers an extensive selection of watches and recently, jewelry, from over 60 brands ranging from accessible to premium, including its own Louis Pion collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands, operating in urban and airport settings with 12 boutiques and an online store. The division also manages mono-brand boutiques for Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports, aiming to captivate watch and jewelry enthusiasts across the spectrum.

1. Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a premium client experience.
2. Advise clients and tailor recommendations to their specific needs.
3. Handle transactions and manage the point of sale.
4. Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
5. Maintain store presentation and regularly replenish displays.
6. Possess comprehensive knowledge of store offerings and effectively present brands to clients.
7. Perform simple on-site repairs such as resizing and bracelet changes.
8. Manage after-sales service and special order follow-ups.
9. Oversee delivery checks and conduct inventory assessments.
10. Showcase and highlight the jewelry selection.

Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within the watch or jewelry sector, is desirable.

Preferably a diploma in horology.

Fixed salary over 12.5 months with performance-based variable compensation.
