The Horlogerie Bijouterie division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French distributor in the watchmaking and jewelry sectors, operating under esteemed brands such as Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watchmaking across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. With 70 Louis Pion retail locations nationwide and a robust e-commerce platform, the brand offers an extensive selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, including its own Louis Pion collections. Additionally, Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its network of 12 boutiques and online presence. The division also manages monobrand boutiques for renowned names such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, and others, both in department stores and airports.
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Advise clients and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Process transactions and handle cash registers.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
- Maintain store presentation and regularly update displays.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of store offerings and effectively present brands to customers.
- Perform simple on-site repairs, such as resizing and bracelet changes.
- Manage after-sales service and special orders.
- Oversee deliveries and conduct inventory checks.
- Highlight and promote jewelry selections.
- Customer-oriented with a strong ability to build trust and provide personalized solutions.
- Action-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
- Adaptable and open to new challenges.
- Preferably holds a diploma in watchmaking.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales and negotiation expertise.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance on watches and jewelry.
Experience in retail sales, preferably in the luxury watch or jewelry sector, is required.
Preferably a diploma in watchmaking.
Fixed remuneration over 12.5 months with performance-based variable pay.
