The Horlogerie Bijouterie division of Groupe Galeries Lafayette stands as the preeminent French leader in the distribution of timepieces and jewelry through its esteemed brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. Louis Pion, with its 70 retail locations and e-commerce platform, offers an extensive selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, including its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to more than 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands, with 12 boutiques and an online store. The division also operates monobrand boutiques for Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès, both in department stores and airports, aiming to captivate enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike.
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Advise clients and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Handle transactions and process payments efficiently.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
- Maintain store appearance and manage window displays with regular restocking.
- Be knowledgeable about store offerings and effectively present brands to customers.
- Perform simple repairs on-site, such as resizing and bracelet changes.
- Manage after-sales service and special order follow-ups.
- Oversee deliveries and conduct inventory checks.
- Highlight and promote the selection of jewelry.
