This division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. Louis Pion, with its 70 retail locations and e-commerce platform, offers an extensive selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, while also featuring its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands, both in urban and airport settings, complemented by a bespoke jewelry creation service. The division also manages monobrand boutiques for Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports, aiming to captivate watch and jewelry enthusiasts.
- Welcome and assist customers with a high level of service.
- Advise clients and tailor arguments to meet their needs.
- Process transactions efficiently.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
- Maintain store presentation and regularly update displays.
- Understand and present the store's brand offerings to customers.
- Perform simple on-site repairs (sizing, bracelet changes).
- Manage after-sales service and special orders.
- Oversee deliveries and conduct inventory checks.
- Highlight the jewelry selection with enthusiasm.
- Customer-oriented mindset.

- Preferably holds a diploma in horology.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales and negotiation expertise.

Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the watch or jewelry sector, is advantageous.

Fixed remuneration over 12.5 months with performance-based variable pay.
