This division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg, managing multibrand watch spaces in 40 of these locations. Louis Pion boasts 70 retail outlets nationwide and an e-commerce platform, offering a curated selection of over 60 watch and jewelry brands, including its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands, with 12 boutiques in urban and airport settings, complemented by a bespoke jewelry creation service. The division also operates monobrand boutiques for luxury names like Cartier, Rolex, Omega, and more, aiming to captivate enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike.
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a superior client experience.
- Advise clients with tailored recommendations to meet their needs.
- Handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
- Maintain store presentation and manage regular stock replenishment.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of store offerings and effectively present brands to clients.
- Perform simple on-site repairs (e.g., resizing, bracelet changes).
- Manage after-sales service and special order follow-ups.
- Oversee delivery checks and conduct inventory counts.
- Highlight and showcase jewelry selections with enthusiasm.
- Customer-oriented with a strong ability to build trust and provide personalized solutions.
- Action-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
- Adaptable and open to new challenges.
- Preferably holds a diploma in horology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and negotiation expertise.
- Proficiency in inventory management.
- Ability to perform basic watch repairs.
Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in luxury goods or jewelry.
Diploma in horology preferred.
Fixed salary over 12.5 months with performance-based variable compensation.
