1. Welcome and assist clients, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
2. Advise clients and tailor solutions to their needs.
3. Handle transactions and promote the Louis Pion brand to increase sales.
4. Maintain store presentation and regularly replenish displays.
5. Possess thorough knowledge of the store's offerings and effectively present brands to customers.
6. Perform basic repairs on-site, such as resizing and bracelet changes.
7. Manage after-sales service and special orders.
8. Oversee deliveries and conduct inventory checks.
9. Showcase the jewelry selection with enthusiasm.

Fixed salary over 12.5 months with performance-based variable compensation.
