The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French leader in the distribution of timepieces and fine jewelry through its distinguished brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the purchasing hub for the jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores, both integrated and affiliated, in France and Luxembourg. It also manages multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these stores. With 70 Louis Pion retail locations across France and an e-commerce platform, the brand offers an extensive selection of watches and, more recently, jewelry, featuring over 60 brands ranging from accessible to premium, alongside its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands, both in urban centers and airports, through its network of 12 boutiques and online presence. The division also operates mono-brand boutiques for renowned names such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports. The Watch and Jewelry Division aims to captivate the curiosity and passion of watch and jewelry enthusiasts in urban settings.
- Welcome and assist clients, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
- Advise clients and develop tailored sales arguments to meet their needs.
- Handle transactions and process payments.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand to increase sales revenue.
- Contribute to store maintenance and display arrangements, ensuring regular restocking.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of the store's offerings and effectively present brands to clients.
- Perform simple on-site repairs (sizing, bracelet changes).
- Manage and follow up on after-sales service and special orders.
- Oversee deliveries and conduct inventory checks.
- Highlight the jewelry selection with enthusiasm.
- Client-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust and provide personalized solutions.
- Action-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
- Adaptability to various situations and openness to new challenges.
- Preferably holding a diploma in horology.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication and sales skills.

- Basic technical skills for simple repairs.
Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in the watch or jewelry sector, is advantageous.

Fixed remuneration over 12.5 months with performance-based variable pay.
