This division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg, managing multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these locations. With 70 retail outlets across France and a robust e-commerce platform, Louis Pion offers an extensive selection of watches and jewelry, ranging from accessible to premium, including its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its 12 boutiques and online store, also offering bespoke jewelry creation services. Beyond these brands, the division operates monobrand boutiques for Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports, aiming to captivate watch and jewelry enthusiasts across the spectrum.
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
- Advise clients and tailor recommendations to meet their needs.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
- Maintain store presentation and regularly update displays.
- Possess thorough knowledge of store offerings and effectively present brands to clients.
- Perform simple on-site repairs such as resizing and bracelet changes.
- Manage after-sales service and special orders.
- Oversee inventory control and conduct stock counts.
- Highlight and promote jewelry selections.

- Preferably holds a diploma in horology.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Prior experience in retail sales, preferably within the watch or jewelry industry, is advantageous.

Fixed compensation over 12.5 months with performance-based variable pay.
