Beyond these brands, the division operates monobrand boutiques for Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports, aiming to captivate watch and jewelry enthusiasts across the spectrum.

1. Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
2. Advise clients and tailor recommendations to meet their needs.
3. Process transactions efficiently and accurately.
4. Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
5. Maintain store presentation and regularly update displays.
6. Possess thorough knowledge of store offerings and effectively present brands to clients.
7. Perform simple on-site repairs such as resizing and bracelet changes.
8. Manage after-sales service and special orders.
9. Oversee inventory control and conduct stock counts.
10. Highlight and promote jewelry selections.

Fixed compensation over 12.5 months with performance-based variable pay.
