The Watch and Jewelry Division of Groupe Galeries Lafayette stands as the preeminent French leader in the distribution of horology and jewelry through its renowned brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. Serving as the purchasing hub for the jewelry and watch sectors across 57 department stores in France and Luxembourg, the division also manages multibrand watch spaces in 40 of these locations. Louis Pion, with 70 retail points across France and an e-commerce platform, offers an extensive selection of watches and, more recently, jewelry, from over 60 brands ranging from accessible to premium, including its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its 12 boutiques and online presence. Additionally, the division operates monobrand boutiques for Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports. The division aims to captivate enthusiasts and connoisseurs of watches and jewelry alike.
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a premium client experience.
- Advise clients with tailored solutions and develop persuasive sales arguments.
- Handle transactions and ensure accurate cash management.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
- Maintain store presentation and execute regular merchandising updates.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of store offerings and effectively present brands to customers.
- Perform simple on-site repairs (sizing adjustments, strap changes).
- Manage after-sales service and special order follow-ups.

Fixed remuneration over 12.5 months with performance-based variable pay.
