1. Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a premium client experience.
2. Advise clients with tailored solutions and develop persuasive sales arguments.
3. Handle transactions and ensure accurate cash management.
4. Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
5. Maintain store presentation and execute regular merchandising updates.
6. Possess comprehensive knowledge of store offerings and effectively present brands to customers.
7. Perform simple on-site repairs (sizing adjustments, strap changes).
8. Manage after-sales service and special order follow-ups.
9. Oversee deliveries and conduct inventory checks.

Fixed remuneration over 12.5 months with performance-based variable pay.
