As the purchasing hub for the jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg, the division also manages multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these locations. Louis Pion, with its 70 retail outlets and e-commerce platform, offers a diverse selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, alongside its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its 12 boutiques and online presence. The division also operates monobrand boutiques for renowned names such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, and more, both in department stores and airports, aiming to captivate watch and jewelry enthusiasts.
- Welcome and assist clients, ensuring a premium customer experience.
- Advise clients and tailor recommendations to meet their needs.
- Handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
- Maintain store appearance and manage window displays with regular restocking.
- Familiarize with store offerings and present brands to clients.
- Perform simple on-site repairs (sizing, bracelet changes).
- Oversee after-sales service and special orders.
- Manage deliveries and conduct inventory checks.
- Showcase the curated selection of jewelry with enthusiasm.
- Customer-oriented with a passion for client relations.
- Action-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
- Adaptable and open to new challenges.
- Preferably holds a diploma in horology.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales acumen with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to perform basic watch repairs.
- Proficiency in inventory management.
Experience in retail sales, particularly in the luxury fashion or jewelry sector, is preferred.

Fixed salary over 12.5 months with performance-based variable compensation.
