The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French distributor in the horology and jewelry sectors through its esteemed brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division functions as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg, managing multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these locations. With 70 Louis Pion retail outlets across France and an e-commerce platform, the brand offers a diverse selection of watches and jewelry, including its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its 12 boutiques and online store, also offering bespoke jewelry creation services. The division also operates monobrand boutiques for Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports, aiming to captivate watch and jewelry enthusiasts.
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring an exceptional client experience.
- Advise customers and tailor arguments to meet their needs.
- Handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
- Maintain store presentation and regularly update displays.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of store offerings and effectively present brands to customers.
- Perform simple on-site repairs (sizing, bracelet changes).
- Manage after-sales service and special orders.
- Oversee inventory control and conduct stock checks.
- Highlight and promote jewelry selections.
- Customer-oriented with a strong ability to build trust and provide personalized solutions.
- Action-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
- Adaptable and open to new challenges.
- Preferably holds a diploma in horology.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales acumen and ability to drive business growth.
- Proficiency in inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Basic repair skills for watches and jewelry.
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within the luxury watch or jewelry sector, is advantageous.
Preferably a diploma in horology.
Fixed salary over 12.5 months with performance-based variable compensation.
