This division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores, both integrated and affiliated, in France and Luxembourg. Operating multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these stores, Louis Pion offers an extensive selection of watches and, more recently, jewelry across over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, alongside its proprietary collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands in urban and airport locations, complemented by a bespoke jewelry creation service. The division also manages mono-brand boutiques, including Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès, in department stores and airports, aiming to captivate enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike.

1. Welcome and assist clients, ensuring a superior customer experience.
2. Advise clients and tailor recommendations to their needs.
3. Process sales transactions efficiently.
4. Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
5. Maintain store presentation and regularly update displays.
6. Demonstrate product knowledge and present brands to clients.
7. Perform simple repairs on-site, such as resizing and bracelet changes.
8. Oversee after-sales service and special orders.
9. Manage deliveries and conduct inventory checks.
10. Highlight selected jewelry pieces with enthusiasm.

Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within the luxury watch or jewelry sector, is advantageous.

Preferably a diploma in horology.

Fixed salary over 12.5 months with performance-based variable compensation.
