The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French leader in the distribution of timepieces and fine jewelry through its distinguished brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. Louis Pion, with its extensive network of 70 retail locations and an e-commerce platform, offers an unparalleled selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, including its own collections. Additionally, Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides access to more than 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its 12 boutiques and online presence. The division also operates monobrand boutiques for luxury names such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, and others, aiming to captivate both enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike.
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a premium customer experience.
- Advise clients and tailor recommendations to meet their specific needs.
- Handle sales transactions efficiently.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
- Maintain store presentation and regularly update displays.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of store offerings and effectively present brands to customers.
- Perform simple on-site repairs such as resizing and bracelet changes.
- Manage after-sales service and special order follow-ups.
- Oversee delivery checks and inventory management.
- Showcase and highlight jewelry selections.
- Customer-oriented with the ability to build trustful relationships.
- Action-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
- Adaptability to various situations and openness to new challenges.
- Preferably holds a diploma in horology.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in sales and customer service.
- Ability to perform basic watch repairs.
- Knowledge of luxury watch and jewelry brands.
Experience in retail sales, particularly in luxury goods, is preferred.
Preferably a diploma in horology.
Fixed salary over 12.5 months with performance-based variable pay.
