The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French leader in the distribution of horology and jewelry through its brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. Serving as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 department stores in France and Luxembourg, the division also operates multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these locations. Louis Pion, with its 70 retail outlets nationwide and an e-commerce platform, offers an extensive selection of watches and jewelry, featuring over 60 brands from accessible to premium, including its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its 12 boutiques and online store. The division also manages monobrand boutiques such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports, aiming to captivate watch and jewelry enthusiasts.
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a superior client experience.
- Advise clients and tailor recommendations to their specific needs.
- Handle transactions and promote the Louis Pion brand to increase sales.
- Maintain store presentation and execute regular restocking and visual merchandising.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of store offerings and effectively present brands to customers.
- Perform simple on-site repairs (e.g., resizing, bracelet changes).
- Manage after-sales service and special order follow-ups.
- Oversee delivery checks and conduct inventory audits.
- Customer-oriented with a strong ability to build trust and provide personalized solutions.
- Action-oriented with a focus on achieving results and adapting to new challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Basic repair skills for watches and jewelry.
Previous experience in retail, particularly in luxury goods or jewelry, is preferred.
Fixed salary over 12.5 months with performance-based variable compensation.
