- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a superior shopping experience.
- Advise customers and tailor sales arguments to meet their needs.
- Process transactions efficiently.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
- Maintain store presentation and manage regular restocking.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of store offerings and effectively present brands to customers.
- Perform simple on-site repairs (e.g., resizing, bracelet changes).
- Handle and track after-sales service and special orders.
- Inspect deliveries and conduct inventory counts.
- Highlight and promote selected jewelry pieces.
- Customer-oriented with a strong ability to build trust and provide personalized solutions.
- Action-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
- Adaptable to various situations and open to new challenges.
- Preferably holds a diploma in horology.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in handling transactions and inventory management.
- Basic repair skills for watches and jewelry.
Experience in retail sales, particularly in the watch or jewelry sector, is preferred.

Fixed salary over 12.5 months with performance-based variable pay.
