The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group is the leading French distributor of watches and jewelry through its brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. The division serves as the purchasing center for the jewelry and watch sectors for the 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. It operates multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these stores and has 70 Louis Pion retail locations across France, along with an e-commerce site. Louis Pion offers a wide selection of watches and jewelry, distributing over 60 brands from accessible to premium, including its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its 12 boutiques and e-commerce site. The division also operates mono-brand boutiques such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports.

1. Welcome and assist customers
2. Advise customers and develop tailored arguments to meet their needs
3. Process payments
4. Promote the Louis Pion brand and increase sales
5. Maintain the store and create displays with regular restocking
6. Understand the store's offerings and present brands to customers
7. Handle simple repairs on-site (sizing, bracelet changes)
8. Manage after-sales service and special orders
9. Check deliveries and conduct inventories
10. Highlight the selection of jewelry
