The Horlogerie Bijouterie division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French distributor of watches and jewelry, operating under esteemed brands such as Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. With 70 retail locations and an e-commerce platform, Louis Pion offers an extensive selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, alongside its proprietary collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides access to more than 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands, with a presence in urban centers and airports, supported by 12 boutiques and an online store. The division also manages monobrand boutiques for luxury names like Cartier, Rolex, Omega, and more, aiming to captivate watch and jewelry enthusiasts.
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a premium client experience.
- Provide tailored advice and develop persuasive sales arguments.
- Handle transactions and manage the point of sale.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
- Maintain store presentation and manage window displays with regular restocking.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of store offerings and effectively present brands to customers.
- Perform simple on-site repairs (sizing adjustments, bracelet changes).
- Manage after-sales service and special orders, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Oversee delivery checks and conduct inventory counts.
- Customer-oriented with a strong ability to build trust and provide personalized solutions.

Fixed salary over 12.5 months with performance-based variable compensation.
