1. Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a high level of service.
2. Advise clients and tailor arguments to meet their needs.
3. Handle transactions and promote the Louis Pion brand to increase sales.
4. Maintain store appearance and regularly update displays.
5. Possess comprehensive knowledge of store offerings and effectively present brands to customers.
6. Perform simple repairs on-site, such as resizing and bracelet changes.
7. Manage after-sales service and special orders.
8. Oversee deliveries and conduct inventory checks.
9. Showcase the jewelry selection with enthusiasm.

Fixed salary over 12.5 months with performance-based variable compensation.
