Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands. Additionally, the division operates monobrand boutiques for renowned names such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès.
- Welcome and assist clients, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
- Advise clients and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Handle sales transactions efficiently.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
- Maintain store presentation and regularly update displays.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of store offerings and effectively present brands to clients.
- Perform simple repairs on-site, such as resizing and bracelet changes.
- Manage after-sales service and special orders.
- Oversee deliveries and conduct inventory checks.
- Highlight and promote selected jewelry pieces.
- Customer-oriented with a strong ability to build trust and provide personalized solutions.
- Action-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
- Adaptability to various situations and openness to new challenges.
- Preferably holds a diploma in horology.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management.
- Ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance on watches and jewelry.
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within the luxury goods sector, is advantageous.

Fixed salary over 12.5 months with performance-based variable compensation.
