The Watch and Jewelry Division of Groupe Galeries Lafayette stands as a preeminent French leader in the distribution of horology and jewelry through its esteemed brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. As the central purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 department stores in France and Luxembourg, the division operates multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these locations. With 70 retail outlets nationwide and an e-commerce platform, Louis Pion offers an extensive selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, alongside its proprietary collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands in urban and airport settings, complemented by a bespoke jewelry creation service. The division also manages monobrand boutiques for Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports, aiming to captivate watch and jewelry enthusiasts.
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a high-quality client experience.
- Advise clients and tailor recommendations to their needs.
- Process transactions efficiently.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
- Maintain store presentation and regularly update displays.
- Familiarize oneself with store offerings and effectively present brands to customers.
- Perform simple on-site repairs such as resizing and bracelet changes.
- Manage after-sales service and special orders.
- Oversee deliveries and conduct inventory checks.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on building trust and providing personalized solutions.
- Action-oriented with a results-driven approach, adaptable to various situations.

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
Fixed salary over 12.5 months with performance-based variable compensation.
