The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French distributor in the horology and jewelry sectors through its esteemed brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. Louis Pion, with 70 retail locations across France and an e-commerce platform, offers an extensive selection of watches and recently, jewelry, from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, including its own Louis Pion collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its network of 12 boutiques and an online store. Additionally, the division operates mono-brand boutiques for Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports. The division is dedicated to captivating the curiosity and passion of watch and jewelry enthusiasts in urban settings.
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a superior client experience.
- Advise clients and tailor recommendations to their needs.
- Handle transactions and promote the Louis Pion brand to enhance sales.
- Maintain store presentation and regularly update displays.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of store offerings and effectively present brands to customers.
- Perform simple on-site repairs (sizing, bracelet changes).
- Manage after-sales service and special order follow-ups.
- Oversee deliveries and conduct inventory checks.
- Showcase the jewelry selection with enthusiasm.
- Client-oriented with the ability to build trust and provide personalized solutions.
- Action-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
- Adaptable to various situations and open to new challenges.
- Preferably holds a diploma in horology.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in handling transactions and inventory management.
- Ability to perform basic watch repairs.
Previous experience in retail, preferably within the luxury watch or jewelry sector, is advantageous.
Preferably a diploma in horology.
Fixed salary over 12.5 months with performance-based variable compensation.
