Galeries Lafayette Sales Associate Intern
The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French leader in the distribution of timepieces and fine jewelry through its distinguished brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watchmaking sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. With 70 retail locations across France and an e-commerce platform, Louis Pion offers an extensive selection of watches and jewelry, distributing over 60 brands from accessible to premium, including its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its network of 12 boutiques and online presence. The division also operates monobrand boutiques for renowned names such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès.
- Provide personalized customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Listen to, guide, and advise clients in bespoke sales.
- Showcase and highlight the excellence of products, introducing clients to exceptional pieces.
- Ensure clienteling through privileged support using digital tools.
- Expand the client portfolio and propose targeted CRM actions.
- Actively participate in the daily operations of the boutique.
- Manage and follow up on after-sales service.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the high-end service sector.
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
- Customer-oriented with the ability to build trustful client relationships.
- Action-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
- Adaptability to different situations and openness to challenges.
Previous experience in a similar sales role within the luxury sector is required.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in sales or a related field.
