1. Provide personalized customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
2. Listen to, guide, and advise clients in bespoke sales.
3. Showcase and highlight the excellence of products, introducing clients to exceptional pieces.
4. Ensure clienteling through privileged support using digital tools.
5. Expand the client portfolio and propose targeted CRM actions.
6. Actively participate in the daily operations of the boutique.
7. Manage and follow up on after-sales service.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales.
2. Proven experience in a similar role within the high-end service sector.
3. Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.

Previous experience in a similar sales role within the luxury sector is required.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in sales or a related field.
