Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its network of 12 boutiques and online presence. The division also manages mono-brand boutiques for renowned names such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports. 1. Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
2. Provide tailored advice to customers and develop appropriate sales arguments.
3. Handle transactions and manage the cash register.
4. Promote the Louis Pion brand and contribute to sales growth.
5. Maintain store appearance and regularly update displays.
6. Possess in-depth knowledge of store offerings and effectively present brands to customers.
7. Perform simple repairs on-site, such as resizing and bracelet changes.
8. Oversee after-sales service and special order processing.
9. Manage deliveries and conduct inventory checks.
10. Highlight the selection of jewelry with enthusiasm.

Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in the watch or jewelry sector, is preferred.

Diploma in horology preferred.

Fixed salary over 12.5 months with performance-based variable compensation.
